Mr. Cellblock Arizona Leather Contest The first annual Mr. Cellbock Arizona Leather Contest was held the weekend of January 25-27, 2008. The contest is a local preliminary to the International Mr. Leather Contest, which is held every Memorial Day weekend in Chicago.
